Okay, I and ^^@/\/@$ haveblogged a lot about our favorite browsers, but we forgot to actually define aweb browser. So, I thought that I would write this post about the variousdefinition available for a “Web Browser”…
Wikipedia defines a webbrowser as: A web browser is a softwareapplication forretrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the World Wide Web.
Another definition is that it is a program for viewing html pages.
According to me, it is a window to the vastcollection of, of , virtually almost everything, which we often define as theINTERNET. The trick is in choosing the best of the windows so that we couldenjoy surfing the net.
